DISCLAIMER: I am not a physician and i don't recommend this product just because i have a lot of knowledge about medical concerns, this is all about my experience and how this vitamins affects my skin.
So mainly, the real reason why i tried using this vitamins is actually to treat my acne problems. i suffer from seasonal acne breakout, there are times that i felt confident with my skin and there are times that i can't even look my own face in the mirror. ever since high school this is my constant problem and up until now that i am a graduating college student i still suffer with break out and i can't figure the reason since i religiously cleansing my face day and night. A friend suggests to take conzace so i can also focus on my internal healing. so i conduct my research, it says that zinc produces an antioxidant effect, vitamin A for cell protection, vitamin C which promotes tissue repair and wound healing and vitamin E that provides strong immunity, healthy skin and eyes. wow! all that benefit in one capsul? so before i bought the product i read some reviews about it and the majority of people experienced miraculous response towards their skin problems, which literally excites me even more to purchase the product.
I took the vitamin every after dinner where i eat the heaviest in a whole day, i know eating heavy at night is not a good idea! but dinner is the time where my appetite increases, and based on my research vitamins boosts it's effect if you take it after every heavy meal. Ideally they suggest to take it in breakfast, but in my case i don't eat that much in the morning. So here's my first day of taking the vitamins, the next morning i woke up, i really felt the effect! i'm not being exaggerated here, but that really happened. my skin is glowing, my eyebags is not that swollen like it always look. The first day really satisfied me so i continued taking the vitamins.. the first week was great and the effect was very noticeable, i remembered attending binyag and my friends noticed the difference, i know it's crazy! but in a week you can actually see your skin improvement, with regards to my acnes, it dries up quick and no more signs of incoming breakout, my eyebags are not visible as it seems. in one month of taking it i also noticed that whenever i got wounded my platelets do its job to heal it fast than usual, it took only 2 days before it completely heals.
If you ask me if i would recommend this product to those people who share the same problem with me, of course! i am now in the stage of gaining my confidence again! and i must say this vitamins really helped me a lot! it triggered my healing recovery. This multivitamin cost me for only 12.50 php/each at mercury drug store and 13php at watsons. I also need to say that our bodies have different way of taking the vitamins and how it will react, what may seem to be very effective on me may be less effective on you or vise versa. Still, there is no harm in trying, since it is a vitamins and it will give your body nothing but a vitamins.
PLEASE also be reminded that overdosing multivitamins would not increase its effectivity but can actually result to a serious side effects. Strictly take conzace one capsul per day only.
